Franco leads Becker’s Federal Lobbying Practice in Washington, D.C., and serves as Vice Chair of Becker’s Government Law & Lobbying Practice. Franco was previously named to NILE’s Top Lobbyist list in 2020, a testament to his consistent dedication and impact.
