April 20, 2022, Ft. Lauderdale, FL – Becker, a multi-practice commercial law firm with attorneys, lobbyists, and other professionals throughout the US, announced today that William J. Cea has assumed the role of Office Managing Shareholder of Becker’s West Palm Beach office. He follows Robert Rubinstein, who recently retired from the firm after 32 years of exceptional client service.

Bill is a Florida Bar Board Certified Construction Attorney and Certified Circuit Civil Court Mediator. With nearly 30 years of experience, he has handled a wide array of legal matters ranging from civil litigation to serving as an Assistant City Attorney and General Counsel for public agencies. He also puts his experience to use as a mediator for cases that often involve multiple parties, claims, and insurance coverage issues. He is a member and past Chair of the Palm Beach County Bar Association’s Construction Law CLE Committee.
