Daniel Wallach Inducted as Member of International Masters of Gaming Law

Fort Lauderdale, FL, June 3, 2015 – Becker & Poliakoff is pleased to announce that Daniel Wallach has been accepted as a general member of the International Masters of Gaming Law (IMGL). He shares this honor with many of the world’s top gaming attorneys, regulators, compliance officers, tribal leaders and educators, and is the second B&P attorney to be admitted to the IMGL. As a shareholder in B&P’s gaming law group, Wallach counsels professional sports teams, fantasy sports operators, racetracks, racinos, equipment manufacturers, and other gaming industry participants on a wide spectrum of gaming-related matters. He is one of the leading voices in the emerging area of sports gambling law, and, in particular, the laws and rules regarding sports betting and fantasy sports.

The IMGL is a non-profit association of gaming attorneys, regulators, educators, executives and consultants from around the world who are dedicated to education and the exchange of professional information concerning all aspects of gaming law. IMGL membership consists of more than 200 members from more than 38 countries. General membership is by invitation only to members who distinguish themselves as having at least five years of gaming law experience, are able to demonstrate skills or knowledge that distinguish their performance as a gaming attorney, have a substantial gaming clientele, and participate in philanthropic, charitable or educational programs related to the gaming industry.
