Jay Roberts, senior attorney in Becker & Poliakoff’s Ft. Walton Beach office, has been unanimously appointed to serve on the Destin Board of Adjustment by the Destin City Council.
The Board of Adjustment hears and decides real estate and zoning matters such as applications for variances, special exceptions and administrative appeals around decisions and zoning ordinances.
