Jennifer Bales Drake, Shareholder and Vice Chair of Becker’s Public, Private Partnerships Group, has joined the Board of Directors of “Business for the Arts of Broward.” The non-profit organization is committed to engaging businesses and business leaders to advocate and educate about the importance of arts and culture in Broward County.
In addition, she holds a number of other leadership positions including serving on the Executive Committee, Board of Directors, and Leadership Committee of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Alliance. She is also past president and a current member of the Board of Directors of Leadership Broward Foundation; a member of Broward Women’s Alliance; and sits on the Advisory Board of the Fort Lauderdale International Film Festival.
Jennifer focuses her practice on commercial transactions, including planned developments such as condominium, mixed-use, townhome, and single-family projects, as well as public-private partnership transactions (P3), including the representation of municipalities, higher education institutions, and private parties. She also has extensive real estate experience, having represented clients in high-profile projects throughout the state of Florida, as well as nationally.
