Mario Bailey Joins Becker & Poliakoff Government Law & Lobbying Practice Group

FT. LAUDERDALE, FL, November 10, 2011 – Becker & Poliakoff, a diversified commercial law firm with more than 145 attorneys and lobbyists in offices in Florida, New York City, New Jersey, Washington, D.C., and internationally, today announced that  Mario Bailey has joined the firm’s Government Law & Lobbying Practice Group in the Ft. Lauderdale office.

The former Chief Legislative Aide to Florida State Representative Dwight Bullard, Mr. Bailey concentrates on government relations and lobbying in South Florida and in Tallahassee. He represents clients from diverse sectors including private business, municipalities and schools, colleges and universities, on issues before various government agencies and the State Legislature.  He assists in advancing his client’s political and legislative interests and monitoring legislative and regulatory issues that impact their various industries.

A graduate of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Miami program, Mr. Bailey was named as an Emerging Leader by the Congressional Black Caucus. He is a graduate of the University of Alabama.
