Urban Land Institute South Florida/Caribbean event panelists include mayors of Hollywood and Dania Beach
WHAT
The Urban Land Institute Southeast Florida/Caribbean and law firm Becker & Poliakoff will serve as hosts to a panel discussion, “Sister Cities Unite: How Hollywood and Dania Beach are Implementing their Vision of Growth.” The panelists will discuss the growth in both cities fueled by a public sector that encourages well-planned and conscientious development; a flurry of new commercial, residential and mixed-use projects; and proximity to economic engines like the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, Port Everglades, and the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino.
