Overview

Aaron Pruss is Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Construction Law, a distinction held by only 5% of Florida Bar attorney members. Board certification is the Florida Bar’s highest level of competence, professionalism, and expertise and requires peer review, ongoing education, and a rigorous exam.

As an expert in this area of the law, he has extensive knowledge and experience in virtually all areas of construction law, including litigation of construction-related disputes and negotiation and drafting of contracts for complex and various delivery methods. Mr. Pruss’ broad legal background includes first-chair litigation of complex commercial disputes, in both State and Federal courts, and drafting and negotiation of high value commercial contracts. Mr. Pruss routinely counsels individual and commercial clients on issues involving insurance coverage and claims, general liability and risk management, disaster preparedness and reconstruction following a catastrophic loss. Mr. Pruss focuses on developing creative and practical solutions to complex legal issues to achieve each client’s specific business goals.
