Bill Huo

Overview

Bill Huo is a member of Becker’s Corporate practice group. His practice focuses on domestic and international securities, financings, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate representation. 

Mr. Huo regularly represents clients in the private placement or public offering of debt and equity securities, and counsels underwriters and issuers in initial and secondary public offerings, PIPE financings, shelf offerings and equity line transactions. In addition, Mr. Huo regularly advises clients in connection with their 34 Act reporting requirements, regulatory compliance as well as general corporate matters. 

Especially, Mr. Huo has extensive experience in SPAC transactions, including the initial public offerings and initial business combinations of SPAC companies. He also has extensive experiences in connection with cross border corporate transactions related to China.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Huo was associated with Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP and Ellenoff Grossman & Schole LLP. Mr. Huo is admitted to practice law in New York, the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office and China.
