David M. Milton

Overview

David Milton, a lifetime Florida resident, is a Florida Bar Board Certified Specialist in Construction Law. He represents condominium and homeowner associations in complex, multi-party construction defect pre-suit negotiation (e.g., Chapter 558), litigation, and arbitration. Although large developers and others are making it increasingly difficult for associations to obtain fair compensation for construction defects, David uses his experience, expertise, and connections within the legal and construction industries to provide high-quality advice and to fight for and obtain the best results possible for his clients.

In addition to his focus on construction defect claims, David provides a variety of other services to his clients, including construction contract review, construction contract claims, and first-party insurance claims.

Regardless of the kinds of issues facing his clients, David recognizes that the size and complexity of the issues can appear overwhelming. To help his clients manage and resolve the issues, David does the work necessary to enable his clients to cut through distractions, to consider relevant information and context, and to make informed decisions. David also believes that the successful resolution of issues often depends on collaboration between him and his clients, and for that reason, David makes every effort to communicate clearly and regularly with his clients.
