David Milton is a Florida Bar Board Certified Specialist (BCS) in Construction Law. He specializes in representing community associations in complex, multi-party construction defect litigation. David frequently collaborates with association board members and managers to assess potential construction defect claims, offering legal insights and strategic guidance.
David navigates clients through the Chapter 558 claims process and conducts board meetings, along with special member meetings under Chapter 720. His goal is to provide valuable information and effectively address the concerns of both board members and homeowners, ensuring that the best solutions are reached.
