John S. Prisco is a shareholder in Becker’s Construction Law & Litigation, Business Litigation, and Community Association Practices, specializing in complex civil litigation, appellate practice, and alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration, in New Jersey and New York.
Mr. Prisco has extensive experience representing clients in connection with:

Mr. Prisco is a Community Associations Institute (CAI) Advocacy Ambassador, Educated Business Partner and serves on the CAI-NJ Business Partner Committee. Mr. Prisco is also an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and serves on the IREM-NJ Industry Partner Committee. Mr. Prisco frequently presents and writes on a broad range of community association topics and has presented at the New Jersey Cooperator and IREM’s Tri-State Expo and Conference.
