Bio
Jonathan D. Silver has a variety of experience practicing in the areas of construction law and complex litigation. In particular, Mr. Silver focuses his practice on all aspects of construction law and related disputes including contractual claims, turnover and construction defect litigation lawsuits, termination claims, delay claims, preparing and drafting agreements, warranty claims and lien disputes.
Having graduated from Wake Forest University School of Law with honors, Mr. Silver regularly handles construction litigation matters representing owners, condominium associations, developers, general contractors, and subcontractors in federal and state courts, as well as in complex business litigation division.
Mr. Silver has substantial experience in resolving claims and disputes at all stages including prelitigation, mediation, and civil litigation. In addition, he is experienced in all aspects of litigation from the pleading stage, preparing and arguing complex motions, taking fact and expert witness depositions, written discovery, mediation and preparing for trial with a track record of obtaining successful results. Mr. Silver regularly authors articles and chapters on construction issues and has spoken at attorney and group seminars on related topics.
