Overview
Josephine A. Lee Wolf is a Shareholder in Becker’s Doylestown office and a member of the firm’s Condo, Co-Op & HOA Practice Group. She concentrates her practice on all aspects of community and condominium association law, including assessment collections, governing document interpretation and amendments, covenant enforcement, transition matters, and related litigation.
Josephine is an active contributor to the community association industry, regularly sharing her insights through articles and presentations. She frequently lectures homeowners, community association managers, and legal professionals on key association law topics, including governance and general legal principles.
She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Keystone Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and is Secretary of the Pennsylvania Legislative Action Committee, where she is involved in efforts to support and advance legislation impacting community associations throughout the Commonwealth.
Josephine earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, summa cum laude, from West Chester University in 2010, and her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Widener University Law School in 2013. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Prior to entering private practice, Josephine served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Albert J. Cepparulo of the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas, where she drafted opinions in civil, criminal, summary appeal, and forfeiture matters. She brings this strong foundation and a detail-oriented, practical approach to advising condominium and homeowners associations across Pennsylvania.
