Bio

Kaitlyn Silverberg is an associate attorney in Becker’s Business Litigation and Construction Law and Litigation Practice Groups, focusing her practice on construction law, employment law, and condominium and homeowner association law.

Ms. Silverberg graduated cum laude from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology, emphasizing in Behavioral and Cognitive Neuroscience, and a Minor in History. She then went on to receive her Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.

At UF Law, Ms. Silverberg was Executive Articles Editor of the Florida Journal of International Law and President of the Association for Public Interest Law. She gained considerable legal experience throughout law school by working as an intern for United States Magistrate Judge Dave Lee Brannon in West Palm Beach, a clinician in the Veterans and Servicemembers Legal Clinic at UF Law, and a pro bono volunteer in the Alachua County Self Help Center at the Eighth Judicial Circuit.
