Lance Lozano is a Government Relations Specialist in Becker’s Government Law and Lobbying Practice, based in the firm’s Tallahassee office. With over two decades of experience, he has successfully guided clients through complex government affairs challenges, shaping legislative strategies, engaging with policymakers, and building industry coalitions to advance key policy objectives.
Before joining Becker, Mr. Lozano spent more than 25 years leading government and legislative affairs for the Florida United Businesses Association (FUBA), where he oversaw lobbying efforts, provided regulatory guidance, and managed operations.
A Certified Association Executive (CAE), Mr. Lozano holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Florida State University. He has held leadership roles with the Florida Society of Association Executives, the State of Florida Workers’ Compensation Oversight Board, and the Florida Small Business Development Center. Recognized for his expertise, he has testified before legislative committees, contributed to industry publications, and spoken at national and state conferences on business and regulatory matters.
