Bio

Lisa is a senior attorney in the firm’s Government Law & Lobbying practice and has experience dealing with legal matters involving land use, zoning, development, government contracts, and procurement. She represents international, national, and local developers in securing governmental approvals for large-scale residential, commercial, institutional, industrial, mixed use and retail projects before various municipal and county governments.

Lisa also represents agricultural landowners before county property appraisers and Value Adjustment Boards on property classification and taxation matters. She was the first attorney in the state to successfully obtain an agricultural classification for property utilized for dog training. Lisa’s clients include international and national developers, the leading national provider of waste disposal and recycling services, a publicly traded international self-storage company, and a national natural gas supplier.
