Robert J. Manne

Overview

Robert Manne is Of Counsel to the Firm. Robert was previously General Counsel and helped found The Ultimate Software Group (now UKG) from its inception in 1990 until 2019 when it was purchased by a Private Equity Group for $11 Billion. Ultimate Software Group was a publicly traded Delaware Corporation which developed, marketed and sold Payroll and Human Resource Recordkeeping Software to mid- and large-size companies.

Mr. Manne now serves as an arbitrator and mediator in civil and construction disputes and funds and sponsors the Manne Homeless Prevention Program, a charitable organization which provides legal and other support services to those facing imminent homelessness.

He is an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Miami Law School.
