Scott A. Marcus, shareholder in our Real Estate practice group, has been appointed to serve a two-year term on the Florida Realtor-Attorney Joint Committee by The Florida Bar Board of Governors. The Joint Committee represents the attorney/realtor community for all of Florida and, among other things, drafts revisions and amendments to the FAR/BAR Contract. The Contract governs most of the residential real estate transactions in Florida.
Scott has over 20 years of experience in residential transactions. His clients include real estate investors, real estate investment trusts, institutional and private owners and developers.
