The oral arguments before the United States Supreme Court in New Jersey’s challenge of the PASPA sports book limitations have led to speculation that the Supreme Court will open the door for states to enact sports book legislation. The decision will come down before the current Supreme Court term concludes the end of June 2018. The panel will address what the industry and state legislatures and regulators are doing in anticipation of a favorable sport book decision.
