Mr. Lesser is Board Certified in Construction Law by The Florida Bar and is a Florida Circuit Civil Mediator. He devotes his practice exclusively to construction law and litigation. He is Past Chair of the American Bar Association Forum on Construction Law and a Fellow of the American College of Construction Lawyers. Mr. Lesser has received a number of distinguished awards from the Florida Bar and American Bar Associations relative to his work in the construction industry.
