Becker Attorneys Attend AABDC’s 25th Anniversary Outstanding 50 Asian Americans in Business Awards Gala

Becker’s New York attorneys Jie Chengying Xiu, shareholder; Victor J. DiGioia, Regional Managing Shareholder and Chair of the firm’s Corporate Practice; and Michael A. Goldstein, shareholder, attended the Asian American Business Development Center’s 25th Anniversary Outstanding 50 Asian Americans in Business Awards Gala on September 16, 2026, at Cipriani Wall Street in New York City. DiGioia and Goldstein attended at the invitation of Xiu, who serves as Senior Advisor to the President and Board of AABDC.

Established in 2001, the Outstanding 50 Asian Americans in Business Awards recognize accomplished Asian American entrepreneurs, professionals, corporate executives, and allies whose leadership and achievements contribute meaningfully to the U.S. economy. The 2026 gala celebrated both 25 years of the awards program and the 250th anniversary of American independence.

AABDC is a nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening Asian American participation and leadership in business, expanding economic opportunities, and promoting recognition of the Asian American community’s contributions to the broader American economy. Its annual Outstanding 50 awards provide a prominent national forum for celebrating business achievement and building connections among business, government, and civic leaders.

Xiu, a 2014 recipient of the Outstanding 50 Asian Americans in Business Award, continues her longstanding involvement with AABDC through her service as Senior Advisor to its President and Board. Her participation reflects her commitment to advancing Asian American leadership and strengthening connections across the business, professional, and cultural communities.
