The Readers’ Choice Awards allows board members, managers and association residents to recognize outstanding companies who have served their communities. These prestigious awards recognize service providers and professional advisers who offer superior service and who have demonstrated a true commitment to the success of their shared ownership community clients. The Diamond level designation is the highest level of recognition.

Companies were awarded in three categories: Gold as third place, Platinum as second place and the Diamond award as first place. This is the magazine’s second annual Reader’s Choice Awards.
