We are pleased to welcome Brandon R. McDowell as a senior attorney in our growing Business Litigation and Construction Law & Litigation practice areas in Orlando, FL.
Since graduating from Barry University School of Law, cum laude, in 2009, Brandon has developed a practice that runs broad and deep. With an emphasis on financial services, real estate and commercial litigation matters, he also handles all aspects of default-services-related claims for creditors, residential real estate transactions, and construction litigation matters including issues involving construction liens.
Prior to joining Becker, Mr. McDowell was a managing attorney in the Orlando office of a multi-state law firm where he was responsible for handling national bankruptcy matters and practiced all aspects of litigation including motion practice, depositions, discovery and trial.
A Florida native and longtime Orlando resident, Brandon is very active in various civic and community organizations, volunteering his time at Orlando’s Second Harvest Food Bank, the Orlando Rescue Mission, Give Kids the World and Teen Court.
