Daily Business Review Selects Yolanda Cash Jackson as Most Effective Lawyer

By far the most competitive categories were class action/mass torts and complex/business litigation, reflecting the dominance of challenging and nuanced litigation as well as the mastery of its South Florida practitioners.
Attorneys handled everything from an appeal on $2 billion in utility cost recoveries to regulatory disclosures for a $3.6 billion entertainment industry merger.
Two categories — government relations/regulatory and products liability — had two sets of winners to recognize impressive work at a lofty level in their fields.
