Adair, a shareholder with the Firm, has been appointed to the Code & Rules of Evidence Committee of the Florida Bar.

The Code & Rules of Evidence Committee is responsible for ensuring that the Supreme Court’s Rules of Evidence are in accordance with the law of evidence established by the legislature and codified in the Florida Statutes. The committee evaluates and makes recommendations on proposed legislative changes. Mr. Adair will serve a three-year term on the committee.
