Bio
Sean P. Sullivan is a Shareholder in Becker’s Construction Law & Litigation Practice. Florida Bar Board Certified in Construction Law, Mr. Sullivan represents developers, contractors, and subcontractors in resolving disputes through civil litigation, mediation, and arbitration. He concentrates his practice on construction and commercial matters involving construction liens, building codes, and related issues; administrative and governmental matters; contractual and business disputes; insurance related matters; and AIA contract drafting.
Mr. Sullivan also advises public entities, private companies, and individuals in contracts, negotiations, and administrative proceedings. He has been a featured speaker on construction lien law related topics at attorney and trade group seminars in the State of Florida. In addition to his construction law experience, Mr. Sullivan also has an extensive background in insurance-related issues.
