Two of the state’s leading law firms serving condominium and homeowner associations combine to create largest practice group in Florida
ORLANDO, FL, October 15, 2013 – Becker & Poliakoff, P.A. announced today that Taylor & Carls, P.A., one of the state’s leading community association law firms with offices in Orlando, Tampa, and Palm Coast, will join the firm effective December 1, 2013. Founded in 1981, Taylor & Carls provides corporate, transactional, construction, and litigation legal services to more than 1,000 associations throughout Central Florida.

Taylor & Carls’ founding shareholders Robert Taylor and Harry Carls will continue serving their clients while also handling responsibilities as co-office managing shareholders for the combined firms’ Orlando office and all of Central and Northeast Florida. All 13 lawyers and 36 administrative staff will join Becker & Poliakoff.
Taylor & Carls’ attorneys and staff will relocate to Becker & Poliakoff’s Orlando office located in the downtown business district at the Regions Bank Building, 111 N. Orange Avenue. Their Altamonte Springs office will remain open serving as the Community Association Collections & Foreclosures operations center for the combined firm. Additionally, their Palm Coast office serving northeast Florida, and Tampa office will also operate as Becker & Poliakoff starting December 1st.
