2020 Top Lobbyist Award Winners: Yolanda Cash Jackson, Omar Franco

The annual list celebrates the innovation, commitment to community service, and significant legislative success of 75 lobbyists, PAC managers, and grassroots professionals nominated by their colleagues or clients.

Yolanda Cash Jackson, a Shareholder and member of the firm’s state lobbying team in Florida, is an experienced Government Law attorney who has established a strong reputation in the community for her leadership and commitment to civic, charitable, and professional organizations. Likewise, Omar Franco serves as the Managing Director of Becker’s federal lobbying practice based in Washington, D.C. He represents a variety of clients including Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, higher education institutions, trade associations, nonprofits, and municipal governments.

NILE is committed to recognizing the accomplishments of lobbyists – through uphill battles and often with limited resources. The Top Lobbyist Awards are chosen via a blind judging process, with the identifying information of each nominee redacted before review.
