New York, NY, September 2, 2024 – Becker & Poliakoff’s Corporate and International Practice Group led a multi-jurisdictional legal team that assisted Univet Loupes S.p.A., in its cross-border acquisition of the minority interest in Univet Optical Technologies North America, Inc. (Canada) and Univet Optical Technologies North America, LLC (USA), joint venture entities established between Univet Loupes S.p.A. and Sourcentric, Inc. (Canada) to develop Univet’s Canadian and US markets. The transaction closed on July 8, 2024.
The Becker multi-jurisdictional team was led by Corporate Shareholder and Europe & Latin America Practice Group Chair Gabriel Monzon Cortarelli with assistance from Corporate Associate Valeria Angelucci and Business Litigation Associate Adam K.
