Becker Welcomes Allison L. Hertz as Community Association Shareholder

April 26, 2024 – West Palm Beach, FL – Becker, a leading multi-practice commercial law firm with attorneys, lobbyists, and other professionals throughout the United States, is pleased to welcome Allison L. Hertz as a shareholder in the firm’s Community Association practice group. She will be based in the firm’s West Palm Beach office.

Ms. Hertz is Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Condominium and Planned Development Law and focuses her practices exclusively on the representation of community associations and property owners in a wide range of legal issues. She often provides board certification courses to volunteer board members and continuing education courses to property managers.

Ms. Hertz is currently the Co-Chair of the Condominium and Planned Development Law Committee of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Section of the Florida Bar. Notably, Ms. Hertz served as the Reporter for the Condominium Law and Policy Life Safety Advisory Task Force of the Section.

She was also the Chair of the Condominium and Planned Development Committee’s Hurricane Protection Subcommittee, and a member of the Committee’s Emergency Powers Task Force addressing COVID-19 related issues. She received the Real Property, Probate and Trust Section’s Rising Star Award and was named an “Unsung Hero” in the Florida Legal Awards, presented by The Daily Business Review in 2023.

A Palm Beach County native, Ms. Hertz graduated from Rollins College and Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center.
