Becker proudly announces that Managing Shareholder Gary C. Rosen and shareholder Yolanda Cash Jackson have once again been named to Florida Trend’s prestigious Florida 500 list of the state’s most influential executives for another year. This honor reflects an extensive research effort by the editors of Florida Trend to identify the state’s most impactful leaders across diverse economic sectors. Rosen has appeared on the list every year since its inception in 2018, while Jackson has earned the honor every year since 2021.

Rosen, who joined Becker in 1982 and became CEO in 2012, has guided the firm through significant growth while advancing initiatives that blend innovation with community engagement. He has spearheaded key initiatives at Becker, such as the Becker Gives Back nonprofit partnerships and a professionalism pilot program in the Broward County Circuit Court. Rosen is also a past chair of the United Way of Broward County. “Leadership is about more than guiding a firm, it’s about setting a standard for service, innovation, and integrity,” said Rosen. “I’m grateful to be recognized alongside peers who share that vision for Florida.”

Jackson, a respected Government Law attorney, lobbyist, and member of Becker’s management committee, continues to be a powerful advocate for her clients and the broader Florida community. Named Florida Trend’s Floridian of the Year in 2022, she was recognized for her groundbreaking efforts to expand opportunities for others and her pivotal role in securing Florida’s historic selection of Mary McLeod Bethune as the first African American to represent a state in the National Statuary Hall Collection. A past chair of the Miami-Dade Beacon Council—the county’s official economic development partnership—Jackson has long championed initiatives that attract investment, create jobs, and foster sustainable growth. In addition to her numerous accolades, she continues to play an influential role in securing critical state funding, shaping public policy, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. “Being included among Florida’s most impactful executives is a true honor,” said Jackson. “Florida’s economy is dynamic and full of opportunity, and I’m proud to play a part in helping businesses, institutions, and communities thrive across our state.”

The recognition of Rosen and Jackson among Florida’s 500 most influential executives underscores their exceptional contributions and influence in their fields. Becker is honored to celebrate their achievements and to have such distinguished professionals leading our firm.
