They both succeed Joseph Adams, who held those roles for over 35 years.

Sanjay Kurian is Board Certified in Construction Law and has substantial experience representing community associations, owners, and developers in a variety of construction and insurance issues. Sanjay handles complex construction defect litigation across the state of Florida and, as a member of the firm’s Disaster Recovery team, represents condominium associations in hurricane claims against their own insurance carriers. Sanjay has recovered tens of millions of dollars for the firm’s clients.
David Muller is Board Certified in Condominium and Planned Development Law and concentrates his legal practice on the law of community associations. He has primarily represented condominium, cooperative, mobile home, and homeowners’ associations. David also represents community associations located throughout Southwest Florida including Collier, Lee, Sarasota, Manatee, and Charlotte counties.
