New York, NY, October 25, 2023 – Becker & Poliakoff’s Corporate and International Practice Group led a multi-jurisdictional legal team that assisted Origin Brands Inc., a Certified Origins Italia group company, in its cross-border acquisition of Italian Realfoods Limited, known as Seggiano Group, a prominent global Italian food company. The transaction closed on October 25, 2023.
