Since its founding, Becker has demonstrated a commitment to freedom, equality, and the betterment of the communities we serve. We will continue to use our resources, influence, and voice to rectify injustice and create positive change.
Becker has contributed to a number of organizations that oppose racial injustice, however we realize there is more work to be done. To advance the cause, Becker will increase our support of the National Urban League, an organization with which we have been deeply involved for many years. We also commit to providing ongoing educational resources for all firm employees to further promote an inclusive and equitable workplace.
We reaffirm our commitment to open communication and to handling difficult situations with candor and courage. Becker stands against bigotry and racism and with the hundreds of thousands of people in cities across the country who are peacefully demanding change.
