Becker Releases Resilience: Essays by Women in Law, Celebrating the Stories and Perseverance of Women Across the Firm
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (September 8, 2026) – Becker, a leading multi-practice commercial law firm with attorneys, lobbyists, and other professionals throughout the United States and Italy, announces the release of Resilience: Essays by Women in Law, a collection of personal essays authored by women attorneys and professionals across the firm.
Conceptualized and edited by Becker shareholder Donna DiMaggio Berger, the book brings together stories of perseverance, leadership, mentorship and personal growth from women whose experiences have shaped their careers and enriched the firm’s culture. Through candid reflections on overcoming obstacles, balancing professional and personal responsibilities, and forging paths in the legal profession, the authors offer readers a look at the resilience that defines women in law.
“Every story holds power, and when voices come together, that power is amplified,” said DiMaggio Berger. “This book celebrates the remarkable women of Becker and the unique paths that brought them to where they are today. My hope is that these essays will inspire others to embrace challenges and recognize the strength that comes from sharing our experiences.”
Contributors include women from a broad range of Becker’s legal and business disciplines, each offering a personal perspective on resilience, determination and leadership. The collection reflects the diversity of backgrounds and experiences that have helped shape Becker’s collaborative culture and longstanding commitment to excellence.
“The women featured in this book have made extraordinary contributions to our clients, communities and our firm,” said Gary C. Rosen, Managing Shareholder and CEO of Becker. “We are proud they chose to share these experiences and celebrate the impact these women continue to make across Becker and beyond.”
Resilience: Essays by Women in Law is currently available for purchase through Amazon and Barnes & Noble. For additional information, including contributor details, book events, and ordering information, visit Resilience: Essays by Women in Law | Becker & Poliakoff.
