  • “Our Association recently had the unfortunate experience of having a unit owner stop paying their monthly assessments. Because we are a small high end building this had a material effect on our finances.

Having to take legal action against a neighbor can be a costly and unpleasant experience but you and your firm did an excellent job. You were responsive, efficient, very knowledgeable, and kept our expenses low and were instrumental in a very successful effort where the Association recovered all past monies, interest and all expenses. Thank you for your good works.” – Manny Stamatakis, Alhambra Place
